At Yuka Toshomen, you can enjoy mainly Toshomen for lunch, and authentic Chinese single dishes at night. You can watch the process of cutting homemade Toshomen with a Toshomen machine. We are waiting for everyone's arrival.

I've been here at least 10 times. The knife-cut noodles are super authentic. The soup has been adapted rather than being the traditional Chinese style, but it still tastes amazing. It seems to be a family-run business—their daughter is really sweet and the service is great.

I had my first meal here after arriving in Japan and it was fantastic. It was almost closing time but the owners were very accommodating. The waitress spoke a little English, though not much, but we managed to get by with a translation app. The food was delicious and very authentic Chinese according to my friend who is from Hong Kong.

Ordered cold tantan noodles? The chewy noodles are delicious~. There is cilantro on top. If I remember correctly, it was 990 yen. Also, I forgot to take a picture, but I also ate 3 chive shrimp dumplings for 298 yen (excluding tax). This was also delicious. The staff looked like Chinese, but they were kind.

Authentic Chinese with Toshomen enthroned at the back of the shop. The BGM in the shop is Chinese songs flowing quietly from Bluetooth speakers hanging from the ceiling. Ordered Beef Mala Toshomen (880 yen). You can order a large portion and rice at the same time. You can choose without, with, or large portion (100 yen) of cilantro. Together with Shaoxing wine. The Shaoxing wine was kept warm with a towel, which made me a bit happy. The Mala Toshomen is spicy enough to be barely edible. The spices are also strong. Delicious. When served, the noodles were just placed on the soup and the noodles were not sufficiently soaked in the soup, is that a cultural difference? There is also a flavor change with cilantro. Personally, a large portion of cilantro is unnecessary. I poured the remaining soup over the rice, and almost finished it. The shop sign, 'homemade noodles' which has consecutive typos in the kanji, has character.

Visited at lunch. This time ordered 'Tantan Toshomen'. This soup, of course, has the richness of sesame, but the authentic 'numbness' that comes after is irresistible! The homemade Toshomen has uneven thickness, and the chewy texture picks up the spiciness and numbness of the soup strongly. Also, the cilantro as a topping is a good accent. What's more pleasing is the free large portion of noodles and rice service. A shop that is irresistible for people who want to eat until full. Finally, closed with 100 yen almond tofu. With this quality and this price, I think it's very cost-effective!
