Is Japan's first restaurant specializing in aged meat! Aging Beef was founded in 2010 with the desire to offer aged meat at reasonable prices, an ingredient known as a luxury overseas too because it requires time, specialized equipment, and expertise. Wagyu specialists purchase carefully selected whole Kuroge Wagyu cattle. Although delicious as it is, we age it on the bone using our carefully chosen “dry-aging method.” Experience aged Wagyu in which enzymes break down proteins and concentrate the umami components. The interior is based on Scandinavian design popular with women, reflecting our wish for you to relax as if at home. Table seating, sofa seating, …

I had an amazing experience at the restaurant. The meat quality is truly top-notch, and you can immediately tell the difference compared to standard yakiniku places. The beef tongue comparison set is a must-try—you can clearly taste how the flavor and texture evolve with different aging periods, which makes the experience both interesting and enjoyable. It’s not just good meat, but a chance to appreciate the concept of aging itself. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very efficient. Orders were handled smoothly, and the overall service felt well-coordinated without being intrusive. Overall, a very satisfying visit. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality yakiniku with a bit more depth than usual.

Just off Nippori station. Delicious expert level dry aged Wagyu beef yakiniku restaurant. They even use the fats to oil the grill. Hot sake! Kimchi assortment! Excellent service. Place is clean. Yukke was spot on.

An excellent restaurant if you enjoy premium, thinly sliced grilled beef. We were served 11 different cuts of beef across three separate courses, and every piece was incredibly tender. The progression of the meal was well-paced, finishing with a standout dish served with rich egg yolk and rice. The set also included tasty kimchi to start, followed by refreshing noodles and ice cream to finish. Great service and a high-quality atmosphere. Highly recommended for any meat lover in Tokyo!

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! We came as a group of five, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The beef was absolutely delicious and every dish we ordered was outstanding. A special shoutout to our server, Aoi. She spoke good English, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire meal. Her service was exceptional and really made the experience even better. The staff was warm and attentive, the service was on point, and the quality of the food was outstanding. If you’re looking for an incredible Waygu beef restaurant with excellent hospitality, I highly recommend Aging Beef. We’ll definitely be back!

Incredible experience! The aging beef is a must-try—way more flavorful than regular beef. We had the premium course menu which was amazing. Service was excellent and friendly. The manager was a lifesaver when I almost dropped my Wagyu! Truly beyond satisfying.
