焼肉 丑輪Yakiniku Ushimitsu
A 6-minute walk from Akishima Station. A yakiniku restaurant serving carefully selected Japanese Black wagyu from all over Japan. Everyone is welcome to drop by casually, whether couples, families, girls' nights out, or on the way home from work. Beyond the quality of the meat, of course, we also put effort into our side dishes and soups, all of which are homemade. Also, in addition to the ducts, the interior has been treated with a next-generation photocatalytic coating that also cuts viruses. Ventilation is excellent.

Incredible food and service. English in the menu and staff is very accommodating:) food quality was incredible
View on GoogleWe didn’t speak any Japanese and they took care of us. Great atmosphere and the food was fresh and delicious.
View on GoogleIt was a good restaurant with a modern interior and a cozy atmosphere. Menu had pictures, and it was easy to understand. Everything was very delicious! I would like to come back again. ☺️
View on GoogleThe inside of the restaurant is clean with a calm atmosphere. The meat isn't served one plate at a time, but gathered together in a special wooden box, with an explanation for each one, and the presentation is great too ♪ In the end, the course meat alone was super satisfying, but there were also several kinds of 【Today's recommended cuts】 separately, and we had the rib roast from among them, which also had beautiful marbling, and when you bite into it, the meat's umami and high-quality fat melt out, it was incredibly delicious ♪ The course also includes 【Dashi Reimen】, and the broth was really delicious too, the noodles were properly chilled with a snappy texture, so good, maybe the best reimen I've ever had? Even after having such a tasty reimen, I was really curious about the 【Tantan Reimen】 so I ordered it as an extra, and wouldn't you know, it was just as delicious ♪ They have all the basic drinks, and there was a wide variety of highballs, including Kaku, Maker's Mark Red, Hakushu, and Yamazaki. The staff and the manager were also friendly in their service. Super satisfied ♪
View on GoogleThis time we had the "Premium Course." First, beer It gets you pumped up, like "alright, time to eat yakiniku!" What I ordered from the second glass on, the shiso daruma sour with Nanko plum, was so good I got a refill. ●Kimchi platter The seasoning was on the spicy side, just how I like it The cucumber kimchi was really refreshing ●Salad ●Tare yukke I liked that the sauce wasn't too sweet The egg yolk had a pretty strong presence ●Assorted 4-meat platter Premium salted tongue, Ushiwa harami, Ushiwa loin, Tomosankaku 4 kinds (200g per person) and a few vegetables Apparently Tomosankaku was today's recommendation. They had just the right amount of fat and were all easy to eat. ●Yaki shabu A standard dish that's always included in yakiniku courses Thin slices of meat are grilled quickly, like a light sear. You eat them coated in plenty of egg yolk. ●Reimen It's topped with a dashi sorbet, so you eat it while it melts. The dashi flavor is fairly strong and solid, so it never feels lacking when you slurp the noodles. The reimen didn't come with vinegar, but it was plenty delicious as is. ●Ice cream You could choose from 2 kinds, so I went with vanilla ice cream Along with hot tea. It was fun being able to eat a little bit of many different kinds of meat.
