Tried ramen here and what I liked about it was the onion topping which gave it a really good taste to it, not expensive and delicious. As a plus the woman who serves is beautiful, I had a crush on her.

中華そばたまや@Nakagami Chuka soba (large) ¥900, char siu ¥300, half serving of rice ¥150 Strong soy sauce with the umami and richness of pork and other animal ingredients, plus a fragrant touch from seafood such as dried fish flakes❗️The medium-thin straight noodles are smooth with a firm, clean bite and plenty of wheat flavor❗️Despite being thin, they pick up the broth beautifully, creating wonderful harmony with the soup—a fantastic Hachioji ramen‼️ Apparently the noodles come from a noodle maker called 錦製麺, but I don't think noodles from another company could produce this flavor. The soup and char siu are excellent, but the owner's commitment also comes through in choosing these noodles. The menma topping has a crunchy texture, and the pork belly char siu is delicious, with melting fat and moist meat❗️Coating it in broth and pairing it with white rice is great too❗️ The large chuka soba contains 200g of noodles, but it's such an excellent dish that it makes you want more, so I think I'll go extra-large next time. Thank you for the meal♪

You can have quintessential chuka soba here. It has no distinctive features, but the flavor is reassuring. The noodles, broth, char siu, menma, and so on are all reliably enjoyable. The broth goes down easily, and the noodles are ordinary. The char siu is tender and thick. Definitely a place to visit when you want chuka soba.
