みずきやさん。 A restaurant full of Showa-era atmosphere, on the corner of the intersection just after crossing 多摩大橋. Omurice seems to be a popular menu item, but this time I chose the curry rice set. The moment I took a bite, I almost blurted out, “Ah… how nostalgic…” It was a flavor that soothed my heart, too. Portion, flavor, price—excellent value in every respect. I'm giving it ★5 without hesitation. Thank you for the meal. Thank you.

I ordered the daily special. It was a tonkatsu set meal. Perhaps they used meat from the rib side, because it was tender and delicious. The portion was generous, and I was amazed it cost less than １，０００ yen these days. There's parking, too, and I'd like to visit again.

A retro set-meal restaurant. Good value, with pleasant staff. The menu ranges from Western-style dishes such as curry, omurice, and pilaf to Japanese soba, Japanese set meals such as tonkatsu, and even unagi. It's popular with a wide range of customers, including older people, office workers, and tradespeople. I was very satisfied with both the portions and the flavor.

A neighborhood diner with tatami seating, ideal for families. It serves tasty Japanese and Western dishes. Sometimes it's booked for private events in the afternoon, so you need to call before going. It gets quite crowded at lunchtime, and the daily set meal sells out by 13:00. It's on Instagram, too.
