The service is about as good as asking for helpfrom homeless people in Seattle. The staff made us wait 20 minutes. Then told us they can not seat us because the tables are reserved, then changed it to that they don't have enough food, then said we have to wait two hours. They won't serve us and now we have to leave. Over 10 tables available plus the banquet room. Just simply not a good experience. Choose a yakiniku with good service for your own sake. Wasted 45 minutes talking with staff for our people to congregate then be dismessed. What a JOKE.

Food was delicious! Most staff were very helpful except one staff member who made sure to make it known that he was ‘annoyed’ serving us. The iPad used to order food had stopped working and when ringing the staff bell for help he showed up and visibly rolled his eyes making it feel as though we were an inconvenience to him because we couldn’t make it work, when he realised he too could not make the iPad work he then became polite but we were already put off by his manner. He ruined what could have been a very nice lunch. Disappointing that once person ruined the service from all the other nice staff

I’m not exaggerating that this is the best yakiniku I’ve had ... ever! All of the meat is super high quality and very tasty! One problem is they do not have a menu in English but if you’re hungry for awesome yakiniku you’ll figure it out! Honestly it’s awesome!

Good experience and great good selection. Did the 2 hour dinner option. Had 12 in our party with two menu pads. Recommend smaller groups so you can eat faster...more. however the company was great.

Normally, easily 4 stars. However, on this Friday night, service was exceedingly slow. Food came out at a snail's pace and getting the table cleaned if dishes was nonexistent. This is not the norm....
