Ordered ten seiro at "Yoshino" in Sugao, Akiruno City. The carefully selected 100% buckwheat soba is thin noodles that are chilled, have a good aroma, and are easy to swallow. The soup is not too thick and not too sweet, the balance is just right and the taste does not interfere with the soba. The shrimp, kisu fish, and vegetable tempura are fried crispy, and because the batter is light, it doesn't make you feel heavy. Above all, the soba water is thick and super rich. The atmosphere of the shop is also calming like coming to a soba shop in the countryside, very comfortable.
View on Google06/2026 past 12:00 PM on a weekday Neat and tasteful interior. Did I expect too much? It was just average, nothing special. It was empty but customers came one after another in an instant. By the time I finished eating, they were turning away customers because the soba was sold out. There was no background music, so I was forced to listen to the conversation of a lively group endlessly💦 🅿️ is a bit difficult to exit Payment is cash
View on GoogleBecause I had personal business nearby, I searched in a hurry and came here. Inside the store is neatly organized and has a comfortable atmosphere. The ceiling is high and there is a large table, a wonderful space. First, I ordered my favorite sobagaki. Personally I enjoyed it, but it was a little too soft. There was a faint aroma of soba. Then, I ordered zaru soba. I always eat it at a soba shop. My personal opinion is that the soup could be a little thicker. The soba was also a bit soft and lukewarm, so personally I would have liked them to serve it a little harder and colder. I love the soba water here. Because I wanted to drink soba water, I asked for additional broth. It seems to be a popular shop, because even though it's a weekday, customers kept coming without interruption. It's wonderful that they compete with a few menus. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleI visited after visiting a grave on a Friday afternoon. There were no other customers and I was able to eat leisurely as if it were rented. I expected a lot after seeing the reviews, and I enjoyed the fragrant handmade soba exactly as expected. The amount of soba was not too much and not too little, just the right amount. From my point of view who likes seiro soba, I prefer a slightly sweeter soup, but it was delicious. The soba water after the meal was pure white and thick, I was surprised, but it was very delicious. Thank you for the meal. ・2024.9.15 revisit, I uploaded additional photos.
View on GoogleI ordered seiro and sobagaki. The soba at the shop served thinly on a hand-woven bamboo basket with a slightly raised bottom is definitely not wrong. The soup has just the right thickness/amount to eat properly by dipping only the "bottom 1/3" of the noodles taken, the thick and rich soba water was also excellent. The word delicious is not enough to express this deliciousness. Even though it's 100% buckwheat, it's not dry. The sobagaki was also delicious. The atmosphere inside the store was also very good. I will visit again. Thank you for the meal.
