It's by the traffic light just before crossing the bridge. Buy a meal ticket at the machine beforehand, then hand it over. Water is self-service. This time, the limited-time simmered offal ramen🍜 made with Tsugaru pork had no unpleasant smell, an excellent bite, and was very delicious. The additional chashu rice bowl was also thoroughly infused with flavor and very tasty.

【Delicious!】 Came here after being curious about it! I had the shoyu ramen for 1000円. Soup➡︎ A strong soup with a sharp shoyu edge, a mellow richness, and niboshi flavor front and center. Noodles➡︎ Handsome medium-thick noodles, firm by default. Chashu➡︎ 2 huge slices of silky chashu sitting proudly on top! The bowl really is hidden beneath the chashu! Capacity➡︎Counter and table seating inside. Parking➡︎In front of the shop. ※Large trucks cannot use it Accessibility➡︎No measures in place. Payment➡︎Cash only Overall➡︎It was delicious. I'll definitely be back! I've eaten all kinds of niboshi ramen, but this shop ranks very high! Recommended!

I went to 「らーめん 五ノ神精肉店」 for lunch! This restaurant is affiliated with 「らーめん いつ樹」 and serves niboshi-based ramen. This time, I ordered the popular 「煮干しラーメン」. The soup has a rich flavor packed with concentrated niboshi umami, and one sip fills your mouth with its aroma. The noodles are springy and medium-thick, picking up the soup well. Cabbage as a topping! Cabbage in ramen is unusual, but you see it sometimes, and I like it! The chashu is so tender it seems to melt in your mouth. The menma has a crisp texture that adds a nice accent. The balance of soup, noodles, and toppings is exquisite, and I enjoyed it to the last bite without getting bored. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who likes niboshi-based ramen. Having a parking lot is another nice point, since you can drive there. The interior is spacious, with counter and table seating. The atmosphere is welcoming for families and groups too.

It's been a while since Master M of Tama ramen happily forced ramen on me!! So happy (said it 2 times lol) It was before noon at work, and I was told to go, so my first Meat Day (the 29th)!! January (Reiwa 6) That morning, thanks to a revelation (information lol) from Master M of Tama ramen (my own nickname for him lol, short for Tama area's ramen master M)), I GOT this shop's meat information! (He showed me a picture of large pieces of meat lined up on a tray)! When I arrived, there was already a line… it's a popular place! You buy your meal ticket inside first, then join the line outside. I was called inside I had that day's special and chashu curry Ψ( 'ч' ☆) The ramen in question was meat miso ramen topped with Japanese Black wagyu, and I think there was probably a little red miso in it? That's how it felt, but the distinctive aroma and flavor of red miso weren't especially prominent; it seemed to aim for harmony. Still, the seasoning held its own against the Japanese Black wagyu, reminding me of the steak and red miso soup set at an elderly man's Western-style restaurant near where I used to live (in Hagoromo, Tachikawa, by the way. It's gone now) The steak was powerful. The simmered meat felt like a change of flavor (personally, I felt it was too strongly seasoned and threw off the balance. I might prefer slightly less seasoning and just a little squeezed ginger at the end of simmering☆ Purely my personal impression). But I'd ordered curry too, so with curry right in front of me, its smell stopped me from picking up the finer flavors (though I was happy lol), making my usual mistake, but since I was happy, I'll call it good lol What was disappointing was a new? employee with nose hairs clearly sticking out being scolded by another staff member inside the restaurant. Since some people dislike seeing that, I think it might be better not to do it inside. Personally, I think keeping it out of sight is part of customer service (although that's up to the boss's policy, so it can't be helped…) The curry was chashu curry. I was also really curious about the shamo rice, but being a curry lover, curry won me over. Shamo… shamo, huh… young chicken or old chicken…←still dwelling on it lol March 29, 2024!! I'd received a revelation (information) from Master M of Tama ramen the day before… 29 Day That's what it said, and when I replied, It's Meat Day!, he answered with an emphatic (lol), That's right, that's right…!! The picture sent afterward… there was the word shamo, which I'd missed? (lol) last time!! (Even though Master M of Tama ramen had given me the wise advice that you have to eat it when you see it because you might not get another chance… I'd somehow let it pass) Shamo paitan…! Shamo paitan!! Shamo, my lingering regret from last time lol Plus aigamo and キッコー五! キッコー五 is the soy sauce I use regularly. A specialty of Akiruno City! (In my personal opinion) Soy sauce that's been made since Akiruno City was still called Itsukaichi. I hear it's made using traditional methods (haven't checked lol) It's a little salty (old methods use more salt for preservation), but anyway, it's delicious. I once compared various soy sauces, and キッコー五 soy sauce was the tastiest and my favorite. Among those I compared were 2 soy sauces from Tokyo University of Agriculture (presumably using expensive ingredients), but for me, キッコー五 soy sauce won overwhelmingly. The regular version comes in a bottle. There are higher-end versions too. They're using that キッコー五 soy sauce I love! My excitement rises. (There was once a rumor in some circles that I was a soy sauce fanatic. I was just buying them to compare lol) Buy the meal ticket first, then join the line… Near the front of the line was Master M of Tama ramen too☆ I sat down, and after a short wait, the bowl arrived. Dizzy from the aroma of the golden soup, I took a sip Rich broth flavor and aroma! Even though it's salty because it's a dipping soup for tsukemen, it's delicious! And pleasantly spicy! Dip the noodles and eat! The chewy noodles are delicious! Looking closely, there's chicken topped with jelly Curious about the jelly, I tried it with my chopsticks… it was broth jelly! Delicious in its own right. I wondered why the aigamo meat had been charred, but understood the reason later. Dip the charred meat in the soup and eat… yes, delicious. The bite is quite enjoyable too. And while eating like that, I finished it The seasoned boiled egg I'd saved was floating in the soup Taking a little break, I ate the pork belly ginger rice Despite being quite fatty, it was surprisingly easy to eat. And nicely seasoned I asked for broth to dilute the soup, and they poured it in… Still salty, or rather, strongly flavored! lol Then I remembered noticing Master M of Tama ramen getting more diluting broth, so I followed his lead and asked for more too. Still a little strong But while drinking the soup, I imagined that maybe they'd used the maximum possible amount of キッコー五 soy sauce to bring out its flavor and aroma lol That would make the saltiness strong, but above all, despite the saltiness, there's deliciousness A deliciousness that isn't completely painted over by saltiness alone, unlike ramen elsewhere. And here I really understood the charred flavor of the aigamo. I'd been dipping the aigamo in the soup too… and the flavor of the char had transferred to the soup as a smoky aroma. That smokiness, carrying a little umami, came alive in the soup and seemed to enhance the aroma further. Very delicious! Then I split the seasoned egg I'd saved to counter the saltiness and ate it with the soup! The synergy of softened saltiness and the soup's saltiness added to the seasoned egg. It was delicious. By the way, the extra noodles that arrived somehow had a smoother texture than the original portion and were easier to eat. Since they were served separately, I could pick up a larger amount with my chopsticks, and their umami seemed a little stronger too (obvious if there's more of them, though lol) Addition I'd ordered a large portion, but due to a mix-up it came as a regular, and the extra noodles for the large portion arrived later. The staff were very concerned, but it was no problem☆ However, they were in such a rush that they served it with water still dripping from their hands, and as they set the bowl down and moved away, water from their hands splashed everywhere, from into the soup to onto my face… but the employee didn't notice… I understand they were flustered, but I'd like them to calm down. Water got onto the soup and food too (their hands had been washed, so it wasn't dirty, but emotionally… you know Come to think of it, I just remembered that the person with glasses was given instructions today, but wasn't being scolded. Maybe that's why it somehow felt pleasant today. A different mood can make the food seem tastier too lol Speaking of which, I feel like this shop was on マツコの知らない世界 recently lol April 29, Reiwa 6, Meat Day! (2024) I was working and wanted meat… lol Then I thought, isn't it the 29th Oh! And getting restless, on the 29th 五ノ神精肉店 should be open! So I slipped out and came here lol Ramen loaded with meat!! A sip of soup… delicious! The meat's umami is right up front, and there's spiciness! The garlic aroma stands out too, and eating makes me even hungrier lol I like the garlic's bite too (garlic-scented spiciness. Figure 16 lol) That said, my nose is actually running today lol(´×ω×`) But I wanted meat! lol The chashu has a smoky aroma, so perhaps it's smoked. The soup is rich too, and the balance, or rather, its unity with the toppings is better than usual and delicious. Very satisfying to eat(*^ω^*) The cabbage is boiled, then seasoned and placed on top. Delicious cabbage The core is a little tough but edible (a few knife cuts might make it easier to eat) Some parts of the meat have sinews I can't bite through (I'd like them to cut the sinews or score it lol), but it's thick and delicious! Not being able to bite through it was surprisingly fun too… lol The small transparent granules left in the bowl at the end affected the mouthfeel when drinking the soup… Maybe that can't be helped. Even allowing for that, today's was the most delicious Meat Day ramen. The unified flavors, and キッコー五 soy sauce really is delicious. The substantial satisfaction of the meat. It was delicious☆

※Niboshi ramen※ I'm not a fan, but I gave it a try. The result. Tsukemen works for me☆ The soup used to be tonkotsu Apparently it switched to niboshi at some point ※Salt niboshi ramen※ Light niboshi Soup with a faint sweetness The first sip felt oily Curly noodles Super-thick menma Thoroughly seasoned egg with a runny yolk, full marks Well-seasoned chashu ※Niboshi tsukemen※ Rich, creamy soup Both the color and flavor are intense! Fans of strong flavors might like it It became too heavy for me toward the end Medium-thick noodles Super-thick menma Thoroughly seasoned egg with a runny yolk, full marks Probably 2 types? Of chashu Thick-cut with a strong, well-infused flavor Very, very satisfying to eat What I personally found disappointing Was that the chopsticks weren't disposable wooden ones If that bothers you, bring your own chopsticks
