When I asked my daughter on her birthday, "What do you want to eat?", her request was "Bear", which was unexpected. Reservation is basic. Starting with deer jerky, wild boar stew, grilled brown bear meat, rare steak of Japanese deer and Ezo deer, moon bear pot and wild boar pot. I enjoyed Matagi cuisine to the fullest. When the previous generation started as a hunter cuisine restaurant, it was a very wild shop style with wild boars hanging whole along the road, but now the son has taken over and is passing on the spirit. Among the dishes I received, the rare deer steak was exquisite.

I've been there a few times, but is this place still open?
