We rode it as a group of 5 with our relatives' family. The youngest was my 8-year-old son, 131cm tall. For me, someone who can ride everything at Disneyland, it was pretty scary. But since it's an attraction you can only experience at Summerland, I give it 5. When you drop, there's a moment where your body feels like it's floating, but since you aren't strapped in with a belt or anything, your own arms are your only lifeline. That part was just plain scary & thrilling. My son had his eyes shut from the start, but opened them in the black-and-white area and enjoyed it. Above all, it's a ride whose white and black stand out even from afar, yet you actually only slide down half of it — I applaud the wasteful investment and the boldness. We went on the last weekend of summer vacation, and the wait was about 90 minutes. Rain was forecast from the afternoon, so it was emptier than expected.

The line gets pretty long, but if you come to Summerland you just have to ride it at least once. I'd love to ride it like 5 times in a row.

I want to ride it, but you can't if you're alone. Summerland's slides are cold to loners. Way too many of the water slide rides won't let you ride solo. I think it's fine if you're going as a group.

It's sometimes open even outside the summer season, so it's good to check beforehand. It was open during Golden Week 2022. It was relatively empty, and the wait was about 30 minutes at most.
