My friends and I popped by this cafe for a quick dinner after a long day. We were intrigued by the Instagramable interior and exterior decorations. There was little to no crowd during dinner time. The meal started off with a tofu starter which we did not order, however it tasted good. We ordered carbonara and okonomiyaki pizza to share amongst us and were pleasantly surprised that the food tasted great despite the reviews. The lemon sour and whisky on the rocks hit the spot. Having hopping around cafes, we found that the drinks here are the best around the vicinity and brings a punch. The cafe has great vibes, just beware of mosquito bites if you're wearing sleeveless clothes or pants above ankles. Food and drinks were affordable. However it comes with a charge of 400yen per person for the starters that we did not order. This is a common occurrence amongst cafes in the vicinity with some charging starters at 350yen. Overall we had a great time there and wish to be back in near future!
View on GoogleThis pizza variant is the safest choice imo for us muslims when there were no other options left. It was a long tiring day when i and my bestie felt so hungry but it's late at night and the surround cafes seems about to close. The plants in the front door caught my eyes and i love everything about it. The decoration felt gloomy yet homey, with yellow lights that gives you comfort. The pizza is good for my hungry tummy.

View on Googleだいにんぐ ZaPot, about a 4-minute walk from the west exit of JR Kita-Senju Station, is a cafe & dining bar. From the west exit, follow the street in front of the station towards National Route 4 (Nikko Kaido), then turn right at the Don Quijote intersection onto Shukubamachi Street (the former Nikko Kaido). The restaurant is on the right after Hotel Coco Grand, which houses the Kita-Senju branch of Domremy Outlet. I visited around 13:00 on a weekend and found a 2-storey wooden building. Greenery sticks right out, giving it a jungle feel. Incidentally, this isn't just an amateur's own handiwork; apparently the forest effect was created by the world's top garden designer, Kazuyuki Ishihara. The board beside the entrance reads 「Why not take a little peek? NO SMOKING」. Inside, there are around 20 seats at the counter and tables (38 seats on 2F). There were no other customers, so I sat at a table and was given water and a cloth hand towel. The inside is moderately forest-like too. The lunch menu runs from opening until 17:00. Prices are reasonable, with taco rice at 770 yen and chicken doria at 880 yen. For +300 yen, a set includes a soft drink and a mini salad or ice cream. For +500 yen, it includes alcohol and a mini salad or ice cream. *Iberico pork steak 1,100 yen Served about 10 minutes after ordering. Iberico pork, a little lettuce and lemon. Rice comes with it. Iberico pork fat is delicious, but perhaps it had been trimmed off? The seasonings are salt and spices. Iberico pork is often frozen, and I often think pork shipped chilled from America tastes better. This visit confirmed that impression again.
