Daisaku means university in Japanese. This ramen place calls itself Tonkotsu-Daigaku. Maybe you can study Japanese tonkotsu secret here.

First visit I ordered the shoyu tonkotsu ramen The soup is on the small side, but being able to serve it at this price is a great effort, I think For the noodles, soup, and oil you can choose strong, regular, or light The noodles feel neither thin nor thick, and the soup has a solid tonkotsu shoyu taste, but beyond that it doesn't seem to have any particular character Thanks for the meal

I dropped by over New Year's. I love iekei ramen, but I was in the mood for tsukemen, so I ordered tsukemen. Lots of toppings, so I was satisfied. The name is lovely. I'd like to enroll too.
