During my visit I experience good customer service, employees are helpful and kind; an employee literally tags me in the store to help adjust my food into a hand-cart/crate that is to fit in the cart seat. So, the shopping carts may operate more than as mini-shopping carts. The market offers a wide variety of food options for cooking in the kitchen, offering plenty to satisfy many different types of high protein Vegan meals.

The deli dishes and bento are fairly pricey, but the taste is clearly different from chain stores. On the other hand, the service has a lot of ❔; maybe because they're busy, phone requests to hold items get a very cold response, and they even sometimes forget the hold! The elderly female president is the root of it, but since being featured in the media she's become condescending. Even after signing up as a member for "Great deals delivered by email!", there's been no announcement for months (not even once)... I guess since they have regular local customers, they have no use for new ones. The final straw: selling the rare Choco Q-suke at a 20% markup❗️ I'm appalled by this rip-off business taking advantage of rising prices...

In a recent review, someone described this store's location as a "doya-gai," but do you even know what "doya-gai" means? A doya-gai is 【a district where cheap lodging houses (doya) for day laborers are concentrated】. Where exactly is there a doya around Senju Tatsuta-cho? You're free to criticize, but use words accurately. If you're an adult, you should graciously correct it. I think this store is trying a lot of things and working hard in a tough market. It's a store full of memories of shopping with my cousins and friends when I was a kid.

Lately the bento have been running low too, and the seafood bowls and sushi have drastically fewer varieties😭・・・

The roast beef bowl was super delicious! The deli dishes also had a gentle flavor and were delicious. Next time I want to try the photogenic sandwiches too.
