In a situation where there were almost no other customers, the product I ordered did not contain the topped ikura, and when I inquired by phone, I was told "I will share with the staff that we will refund when you come tomorrow". However, when I actually came, no one was told, and I was made to wait in vain until the refund was handled. In addition to forgetting to put in the topping, communication between staff was not done at all, and I felt very anxious about the level of customer service. Furthermore, the vinegar rice was also made in advance and might have been for a long time, so it was not delicious like I have never eaten before. I used similar seafood bowl chains many times in the area where I lived before, but I have never felt uncomfortable even once. I think the types of bowls are many, and the toppings and cheap prices are attractive, but the important taste and the quality of staff response are low, and I don't want to use it again.

The rice had just the right hardness and was delicious! The sweet vinegar was also good! I forgot to take a picture but I ate the one on the right.
