Was feeling pizza and found this venue, place is great. Cosy vibes, delicious food and amazing service. Would recommend the Quattro Formaggi Pizza w/ Honey on the side. Would come back if I lived in the area.

View on GoogleSome of the best pizza I’ve had since moving to Japan. The 4-cheese pizza was fantastic and I can’t wait to have it again.
View on GoogleA course dinner at a place I'd been curious about forever while walking my dog🫶 It was my first pizza course, but the pizzas made with seasonal ingredients were so delicious! I've had pizza at all sorts of places, Michelin Bib Gourmand, Hyakumeiten, and so on, but this one had the chewiest, most delicious dough! I like eating gelato with salt, so it was so hot that they served it with salt sprinkled on! (So hot I forgot to take a photo🫨) Plus, the Iejima rum they poured on as a mid-way flavor change was really delicious too! The alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were good too, so I want to go again~
View on GoogleA pizza place about a 10-minute walk west of Kita-Senju Station. Places with courses mixing pizza and other dishes come up now and then, but a place that builds its course from pizza alone is pretty rare, so I'd been curious. Reserved and visited for dinner on a day off. I think reservations are easy to get. Do they also do non-course options at lunch? The interior has curved counter seating and a nice atmosphere. No offense to people who live in Kita-Senju, but it doesn't feel like Kita-Senju. The chef runs it solo. The course is 9000 yen: 7 kinds of pizza and dessert, a straightforward lineup. They use 3 different doughs All of them have high water content from the start, but there's one with even more, which is interesting. Before baking, one dough had a hydration of 110 percent, really sloshy. That one came out like a focaccia with a crunchy surface. It was delicious. Everything was delicious, but personally I liked the lotus root, karashi, and chicken salsiccia pizza. Pizza lovers, definitely go.
