A former set-meal diner turned izakaya, located a bit away from the station. At first glance it takes some courage to walk in, but above all, the hospitality of the owner and the owner's wife is wonderful, it's great value, and it seems beloved by neighborhood regulars. 2023/2/1 Dropped by for the first time on my way home from work; the food was delicious, the master was friendly and fun to talk to, and I even enjoyed karaoke with customers I'd just met at the place^_^ I ended up singing arm in arm with a young person from Uganda🇺🇬⁉️ Takenotsuka is fun❗️

The rice and macaroni seemed old, and the ginger pork was a bit salty🥺 Other than that it was delicious🍽️
