First time here. It's Sapporo miso made with Nishiyama Seimen noodles, and it was as delicious as I'd hoped! Both the soup and noodles felt like “this is Sapporo miso,” which made me happy. Next time I'd like to try the hell miso too.

My wife said she wanted to eat the yellow Nishiyama Seimen noodles she'd had in Hokkaido long ago, so I looked it up, this place came up, and we went. The result: it was super delicious. My wife was super satisfied and so was I; I usually like iekei and Jiro-style, but I had a simple and very delicious miso ramen. Thank you! Then I revisited a week later. My wife and son had the standard miso. I went with the Sapporo shoyu ramen I'd been curious about last time. When I tasted the soup I was surprised — a seafood-based soup with solid umami, also super delicious, it goes well with the Nishiyama Seimen noodles, and when I added garlic to change up the flavor it was twice as good! It's totally become a favorite shop of mine!

Came right after opening. I'm the only one in the shop. It seems only someone who looks like the owner is there. There are several menu items, but I tried ordering the standard miso ramen. The ramen is delicious. Chicken paitan-based, a bit on the oily side, a fragrant and solid ramen. It's my type and I love it. Also, the noodles are slightly wavy medium-thin noodles, a little spicy, and overall it's very well put together. I was surprised by this unexpected hit, but it's a well-perfected ramen and I recommend it. Also, the person who seems to be the owner? has a nice personality. A recommended shop.

A shop right near Kannana (Ring Road 7) and the station; they have shoyu too but miso is the main thing. It had an authentic vibe so I gave it a try. The interior is bright and clean, and the service was good too. I had the Hokkaido-style miso ramen and a mini salmon and ikura oyakodon. The noodles were Nishiyama Seimen, with a smooth, chewy texture, delicious. The soup is rich, but personally I felt it lacked some punch, and I couldn't finish it to the last drop. It'd be nice to have grated garlic on hand. I think it's great on cold days or washed down with a bowl of white rice in hand. The complimentary ice pop after the meal is a nice touch.
