A long-established neighborhood Chinese restaurant in a residential area, with a varied menu and strong local ties! 炸醤麺 originated in Beijing and spread to Korea and Taiwan, and I thought the version here might be Korean-style!

This meal made me think that anything you eat here must be delicious. We had the ramen set with a half portion of fried rice, the ramen set with karaage and a half portion of rice, and gyoza. The half portion of fried rice was just the right amount, fragrant and delicious. The ramen uses medium-thick, chewy noodles. Personally, I'd prefer thin noodles with this broth. The noodle portion felt large. The karaage seems popular, as customers arriving later often ordered it. The crisply fried karaage is crunchy outside and juicy inside, with juices bursting out when you bite into it and plenty of savory flavor. The gyoza are fried crisp, with an exquisite balance of vegetables and meat inside. I thought a beer would make this perfect, but I held back because I drove here. There were parking spaces for 2 cars to the right of the restaurant. I'd like to try something different next time.

Visited in early July 2025, drawn by the appearance of the omurice I'd seen online. The “オムライス” looks picture-perfect and comes with Chinese soup. I'd like to hold it up as a model of neighborhood Chinese restaurant omurice, but at 1155円, the price is a little bold for this area, so I'd rather not have that part serve as a model (haha). As for the all-important taste, beneath the thoroughly cooked thin omelet is strongly flavored ketchup rice with pork and a little onion. Both it and the accompanying Chinese soup are extremely tasty. The generally high menu prices are a sticking point, but it was delicious neighborhood Chinese restaurant omurice.

タンメン:700円 (excluding tax) The noodles were thick and chewy, with a nice texture. The toppings consisted of pork, Chinese cabbage, carrot, onion, bamboo shoots, and wood ear mushrooms. The pork was small pieces of pork shoulder. The amount was just right. The seasonal Chinese cabbage was sweet and absolutely delicious!! It's unusual that there were no bean sprouts at all. The broth was cloudy white, piping hot, and salt-flavored. Rich and quite tasty. 餃子:450円 (excluding tax) The filling consisted of pork, cabbage, garlic chives, and garlic. The garlic flavor was strong. It makes you want a beer. When the tax labeling is unclear and consumption tax gets added at checkout, you somehow feel you've lost out〜 Thank you for the meal!!

Your typical neighborhood Chinese restaurant. The lunch set of a mapo tofu rice bowl + half a ramen is 850円. The mapo tofu is barely spicy, with a mild, slightly sweet seasoning. The ramen is a very ordinary, nostalgic shoyu ramen. It's the kind of place I'd visit occasionally if it were nearby.
