We were looking for a place serving rice for breakfast early in the morning, and with google map, we stumbled upon this place. A very retro cafe. Everything inside was so retro, yet so well-maintained. It felt like stepping back in time. The meals were hearty, and the portion was relatively big. We had a grilled fish set with hot tea, and pancake with hot coffee. The natto was tasty and homey. The owner was polite and kind. Seems like this place is often used for shooting, photo sessions, and the sort. By the cashier, there were many memento photos of such events. Another day when we passed by, there was a 'real' shooting taking place there.

My local kissa. I have been wanting to come here for a while now but somehow I could never find a chance. Today was the day. It was everything I could have hoped for. Kind staff, a beautiful atmosphere that leaves you feeling like you slipped into 1960’s Japan, the food is lovingly prepared and delicious, and the prices can’t be beaten these days. I hope to come back soon even just for a coffee and some reading time. Thank you for preserving this gem!

A wonderful Showa retro cafe that has an amazing atmosphere, great coffee, great breakfasts, great background music and lovely customer service. I think the decorations haven’t changed, it’s like stepping back in time. So magical 🤩🤩🤩 but it is still very clean and there is a separate smoking section so it does not smell. It’s really popular with the locals and there are many regular customers. I got the grilled salmon natto breakfast and also pizza toast. The pizza toast was SO Thick and had soo many toppings and was deliciously cheesy. It’s one of the best in Tokyo. I had a great time here! I hope this cafe stays open for many many years to come 🧡

The place is relaxing and makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. The New York Cheesecake was delicious just the right amount, and some of the other desserts I saw customers eating looked delicious. I will definitely come back again and try some more food from the menu. The staff members were both polite, and kind. Also a little bonus for fans of Idol groups SixTones or WEST, as both a music video and drama has been filmed there.

lunch is quiet good not that expensive. i feel like having a lunch in 80~90s japan.
