Ramen is simple but very delicious. We loved how firm thw noodles are compared to other ramen resto's we've tried in tokyo. If there is one suggestion I can give this resto, it would be to improve the cleanliness and exhaust of the kitchen.

I visited the restaurant late in the day, but there was a bit of a wait as it is a popular restaurant. It was a thick ramen with a clear taste of dried sardine broth. You can refill the cold water yourself, and the water bottle had lemon in it so you could leave the restaurant with a refreshed mouth after eating.

I finally tried the best ramen in Kitasenju according the Tabelog. I could have tried much more earlier since I tried the 2nd location which is the place is really close. The reason is I'm not big fan of sardine's base soup. Anyways, I tried and one word, surprised. When you go to the ramen shop and you pay on the machine, the one on the left top is always recommendation of the restaurant so I choose that one which is sio base. When I got my seat, the atmosphere was calm and good. Smells the sardine but not too strong. Really clean. Staff are nice and smiling. I got my ramen, the noodle is curly and a bit thick but taste nice. The soup is also thick especially, the taste of the sardine was perfect, good balance for me cuz not big fan of it. The topping with meat, egg, nori, some veggies. Everything matched with this thick soup. I enjoyed. I can come back to try different soup. Be honest, I prefer the 2nd location but I understand the rank of this restaurant. Thank you
