It was quite crowded when we came at around 6.30. Lots of toppings: garlic, fat, scallions, ginger, veggies. And you can ask for lots of them for free. The noodles were thick , meat was quite tender.
View on GoogleRamen soup have consistency. The meat is thick.👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Extra topping free. Dont forget the ABURA or Fat.
View on GoogleLiterally the best ramen I've ever had. Became a regular after my first bowl.
View on GoogleEverything at this place is delicious. It's Jiro-style ramen that's completely different from the usual image of Jiro-style ramen. The regular menu is consistently delicious, but every one of the owner's original ramen creations is fantastic too! The owner is also incredibly pleasant and kind to everyone without distinction. It's easy to see why he has so many fans. I've often seen him treating elderly people and children kindly. I think running a restaurant for a long time is really hard. I hope he keeps going without pushing his body too hard.
View on GoogleI had morning ramen. As you'd expect from a place claiming to be ラーショ-style, the flavor was similar, and the seasoned scallions were tasty too. At first, the soup seemed a little salty. The noodles were different from the usual style as well—medium-thin and curly, and delicious. The complimentary half portion of rice was nice too. But as I kept eating, the saltiness grew stronger. Even I, who like salty food, struggled. Next time I'll check again with 少輔 rather than salt.
