OISHITEA 保木間店→西新井
We will close at 21:00 on July 31, 2026. Thank you for your patronage over 7 years! Our new location is at the address below. 足立区関原3-38-21 ※The opening date and time are yet to be determined, sometime in August, and will be announced on our official website. We are a specialty tea drink shop founded in 2018. Since opening, we have been supported by many customers and somehow survived the pandemic. Even now, amid rising prices, staff shortages, and various management difficulties, the owner and 1 veteran staff member work hand in hand to keep the shop running every day. We appreciate your continued support and patronage🙇♀️If you're satisfied, we'd be happy if you left a message of support or gave us a score of 5…

On my way home from visiting a friend, I happened to pass by and went in. I like brown sugar, so I ordered brown sugar milk. The combination worked better than I expected, with a rich sweetness that made it very easy to drink. The tapioca texture was just right too, making it a well-balanced drink overall. I hadn't experienced this kind of deliciousness in a long time. I'd like to stop by again when I'm nearby.
View on GoogleThere's a tapioca drink ornament outside the shop, but if you go specifically for tapioca, they're usually out of it. I've visited several times, but it's been “the tapioca isn't ready,” “we don't have tapioca,” “it takes time to boil”… I've repeatedly been left feeling frustrated. They do apologize, but their manner isn't pleasant. If they don't like talking to people, wouldn't making it clear from outside save both sides from getting irritated? That's what I think.
View on GoogleJuly 23, 2019, around 16:50 🅿🚗Since there's no parking, customers' cars are stopped outside the shop 🚌on the bus route with their hazard lights on. Perhaps most people come by bicycle🚲. Since it has only just opened, the queue extends outside even on weekday evenings. Inside: 8 stools and 4 low stools. People waiting for their orders sit there. I imagine central-city tapioca shops having lots of staff, so although the 2 staff members here were extremely busy, they served us with smiles, which made me want to come back once things have settled down. It was delicious. *Personally, I recommend less ice and reduced sweetness✨
View on GoogleI used to come often when it first OPENED♪ Sometimes the tapioca was hard, so I stopped going after that… After a long time, I felt like having a drink again, but reading the reviews, so many said the service was bad…… I took the plunge and went, and the result→I thought it was good♪ They greeted me with a welcome, and the service was good. If I had to mention one thing, perhaps they didn't make eye contact? Today I ordered rock salt cheese cream tea rather than tapioca, with less sweetness and less ice. I really do love this one, haha.
View on GoogleBefore 15:00 on a Saturday. Since it had just opened, it was extremely popular. There's no parking, so the only option is to stop along Hanahata Ohashi-dori, but when we visited, 4 cars were already there, so we couldn't park near the shop, which was a bit troublesome. We ended up parking a little farther away, but parking enforcement officers come if you leave the car, so someone has to stay inside and wait. After waiting 15 minutes, perhaps because they'd just opened? Things were a little disorganized, but we finally got our drinks. You can choose the sweetness, and I ordered normal, but it was quite sweet; it felt just right once the ice melted. With the craze in full swing and it also being the first day of summer vacation, there seemed to be lots of children, including middle schoolers, that day. I'd like to see it again once the crowds settle down.
