Delicious thick tonkatsu ramen and great service. They ask you if you want to modify the dish and have minced garlic at the table which is always a plus. You even get a bowl of rice with your ramen.

Ie-Kei-ramen in Kitasenju. Ie-Kei was born in Yokohama, which uses lots of pork bone for broth. It’s creamy and a good match with White rice. Only five boxes.

The ramen was delicious. The staff aren't super polite, but among ramen shops, they're perfectly good. However, the air conditioning wasn't on. Not weak—completely OFF. The high that day was 36℃, and when I went in at 4 p.m. it was still 35℃. Without exaggeration, it felt like eating ramen in a sauna. The meal ticket machine is outside the shop, so I didn't know until I'd bought a ticket and gone in. If the AC is broken, I wish they'd put up a big notice outside. I ate quickly and left.
