Great value for the price!

I'd heard the liver was famous, so I came for the first time. There are about 6 or 7 two-person tables (they can be put together for 4 or 6 people) and 1 single seat (this time they let me sit alone at a two-person table) The woman taking orders served me with a smile, which left a good impression. She also told me the recommendations and that the regular liver portion is large, so I went with a half portion of liver + the grilled fish set meal. She asked me, "The grilled fish takes a little time, is that okay?" which I thought was kind and polite. It came out about 10 minutes after I ordered, so it didn't take that long and everything went smoothly. The liver tasted really good, with no gamey smell, so I could enjoy my meal without worry, and the grilled fish was also nice and meaty, crispy outside and fluffy inside with a hint of sweetness, so I really enjoyed the meal. Next time I'm curious about the karaage, so I think I'll try the karaage set meal. Thank you for a wonderful time. I look forward to coming again.

The ultimate liver and chives set meal. Apparently they heat the chicken liver at 75℃ for over 1 minute, and the liver melted on my tongue. The chicken liver had no gaminess at all, so I thought it might actually lack the strong flavor you want in nira-reba, but the karaage, on the other hand, was well seasoned and a delicious dish that goes well with drinks too.
