I ate curry udon with cheese on top. It uses authentic spices, and it's a bit sour with lots of tomatoes? Is the dashi feeling a bit weak? It's quite delicious. However, maybe fresh cream instead of cheese would fit this curry even more? It's quite voluminous. I added rice, but even without rice, you'll be full. Also, the inside of the store is simple and undecorated, perhaps to give a sense of cleanliness, but it's too undecorated. It's at a level where I feel a bit of pressure. I wonder what it would be like if they decorated it with a picture of warm-colored flowers. The customer service felt very kind.
View on GoogleI visited for the first time after seeing it introduced in my local Adachi-ku on a certain street-walking program. It betrayed my expectations in a good way! First, salad (the dressing was excellent), and just as I finished the udon I ordered, they served a delicious ice cream dessert! I surrender!! I visited alone today, but next time it's definitely a repeat with my family!! Business hours are only during lunch time.
View on GoogleIt's 'Curry Udon Hongo' in Umejima. It's quite a walk from Umejima Station. The menu only has four types of 'Curry Udon' (A, B, C, D) and rice. When I ordered 'A', it was fired with a burner. But it's not very spicy, and it's a delicious soup where dashi and soy sauce also assert themselves. And the noodles are handmade. The variation in thickness tells the story. It's good.
View on GoogleI was finally able to visit on the second attempt after the first was a temporary closure. The menu is only curry udon. Udon is 1000 yen per bowl. Rice is 100 yen. In summer, you can choose from 4 types of curry udon, and 3 types otherwise. It seems you can eat cold ones in summer. I chose the one with cheese on the curry udon. Other than that, there is a dipping noodle type and a type with fried noodles instead of cheese topping. It comes with a mini salad and dessert, so it felt like a good deal. The curry udon soup has a gentle taste, and you can drink it all the way to the soup. It's about as spicy as a general medium-spicy, so you'll sweat quite a bit. The noodles seem to be handmade, so the thickness and length are somewhat uneven, but with a smooth texture and firm chewiness, it's definitely delicious. Please be careful when visiting as they may close in case of stormy weather.
View on GoogleThere are 3 types of curry udon. The thickness of the udon varies, so I think it's handmade? Dipping udon is like drinking it with dashi at the end. I think having a small menu is a commitment, but if it becomes a new menu periodically, it will be easier to go again. It was delicious with slightly spicy curry. There is a coin parking next to it.
