The shop is in a corner of a residential area, just under a 3-minute walk from Gotanno Station. Acquaintances who live locally all told me, "This place is seriously good," so I got curious and visited. When I looked it up, it turned out to be authentic spicy-savory tsukemen. I visited around 8 PM on a holiday; nobody was waiting, but with bad timing it was full, so I got seated after about 10 minutes. Since the owner runs it solo and it's tsukemen, turnover is on the slow side. It said the basic Nikukara is recommended for first-time customers, so I simply ordered the Nikukara. ◆Nikukara (medium spicy) It was served boiling, piping hot. You can choose small, medium, or large spiciness, and this time I went with medium. This is outstandingly delicious. The umami coexists with the spiciness, and it's addictively tasty. You can also dump rice in and make it into gukbap. I finished every last drop. There's also garlic and ginger on the table for a just-right flavor change. I sweated buckets and was very satisfied. If you like spicy food, I want you to try it starting from medium. You'll get hooked. My companion's small spicy didn't have the impact of the medium, so really, "Nikukara medium spicy" first + dumping in rice is the winner. Asking the locals might be the best way to find tasty places. Since it's a solo operation and tsukemen, turnover is on the slow side (2nd time I'm saying it), but the owner's service is perfectly ordinary in a good way. If anything, rather proper. Especially highly recommended for lovers of super spicy food! Thanks for the meal.

Nikukara 950 yen Buy a meal ticket first, then line up. There are four benches outside, and the system is that you go in after the previous customer finishes eating and leaves. Be careful, since the shop doesn't call you in. Inside there's only a counter, with just 6 seats. The owner runs the kitchen alone. Since it's tsukemen, it takes quite a while. Depending on timing, I think you could wait about an hour. After you sit down and hand over your meal ticket, they confirm the spice level and then start boiling the noodles. Boiling time is apparently 8 minutes. Bright red soup, bubbling and boiling. Even medium spicy isn't all that spicy. The pork is well seasoned and tasty. The noodles are thick and cling well to the spicy soup, delicious. You can also get soup-wari, but it's so tasty you end up drinking it as is. I'd like to have rice too, but a regular portion of noodles fills you up quite a bit.

◎Menu ・Nikukara (small spicy) ¥850 (tax incl.) ◎Impressions An original tsukemen specialty shop known for its spiciness, about a 3-minute walk from Gotanno Station in Adachi-ku, Tokyo🍜 I ordered the standard Nikukara, small spicy. For the dipping sauce, you can basically choose from small spicy, medium spicy, and large spicy. The dipping sauce contains pork, green onion, nori, and chili peppers. There's a ton of pork in it. The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles containing tapioca, and they're chewy. As you can see in the video, it was brought out piping hot and bubbling. The soup uses a Korean miso sauce; the balance of spiciness and miso is exquisite, and it pairs perfectly with the chewy noodles, so it was delicious. Visually the spiciness stands out, but it's a rich tsukemen where you can really taste the umami😋 Small spicy isn't too spicy, so I recommend it even for people who don't handle spice well. It's not on the menu, but there are levels above large spicy, and you can increase the spiciness to 2x or 3x. I went right at opening time, but customers were already lined up; it's very popular🌶 Apparently it originally started as a yakiniku restaurant, and making use of the flavors from that time, you can eat tsukemen you can only get here. There are many repeat customers, and it's in a different league from places that are just spicy. Next time I'm thinking of taking on medium spicy🍜 *Prices and other details may differ due to the tax increase, etc. Thank you for your understanding.

You buy a meal ticket first; counter seats only. Today: Nikukara ¥950 + large portion. The owner asked how spicy I wanted it, and I went with "medium spicy." The boiling, bubbling red soup whets your appetite and looks tasty even before you eat. Following the mellow, sweet flavor of the gochujang, said to be homemade, the spiciness spreads through your mouth and combines with the animal-based broth and so on, delicious. The soup contains pork, green onion, nori, and chili peppers. The pork and noodles cling to the soup, a great combination. Visually the spiciness stands out, but it's a rich tsukemen where you can really taste the umami. You can also add the garlic, ginger, vinegar, etc. on the table to the soup. (Glad I ordered rice too) Apparently it originally started as a yakiniku restaurant, and making use of the flavors from that time, you can eat tsukemen you can only get here. The service, even to be polite about it, is not good lol
