The menu looked delicious, so I ordered the stone-grilled bibimbap and ramen set. After waiting 5 minutes at a food court table, it was ready. When I went to pick it up, it was piping hot and freshly made, with the ingredients still sizzling. So, I immediately tried to mix the bibimbap, but the stone bowl was small and unstable, making it hard to mix properly. Because of that, it took a long time to mix, and as a result, the rice at the bottom of the bowl burned and smelled like charcoal. The taste was also disappointing.

A restaurant located in a corner of the food court. I ordered the 1,485 yen half set. The seasoning is on the mild and sweet side, tailored for Japanese tastes. Well, I think the taste matches the price. Since it's around 1,500 yen to begin with, you shouldn't expect too much. However, there is one issue: the hygiene standards are terrible. The staff member handled the checkout while wearing the same rubber gloves used for cooking, and handed the change back with those same gloves. Afterward, without removing them, went right back to plating and food preparation. Honestly, this is unacceptable. It's a problem that goes beyond the food. I don't think I will ever use this place again.

Located inside 'LaLa Terrace Kita-Ayase', a landmark of the ongoing redevelopment in Kita-Ayase, 'Hanpocha LaLa Terrace Kita-Ayase' recreates the atmosphere of a Seoul food court, blending traditional Korean street food culture with inorganic design and neon lights to offer a true 'K-Culture' vibe. You can choose sets combining various small portions of fried chicken—whose juicy meat umami is hidden beneath a crispy batter—as well as naengmyeon (cold noodles), soups, gimbap, and more. While not quite authentic Korean cuisine, it's a great spot to enjoy a casual lunch plate.

I had eaten Tomita's tsukemen at a different location 3 days ago, so I decided to go with a Korean place for something different. I originally love naengmyeon, so I ordered the gimbap set. While waiting, I checked Google reviews and saw a 🌟2.0 😅. Feeling quite skeptical about such a low score, I waited 5 minutes. Though I thought the portion might be a little small, the naengmyeon, gimbap, and jeon (pancakes)... everything tasted normally delicious. However, the plate the gimbap was served on had water spots? Or unwashed residue? It tends to be that places with low Google reviews overlook these kinds of details, doesn't it?

Kita-Ayase LaLa Terrace Food Court' LaLa Terrace 2nd floor, directly connected from Kita-Ayase Station! ④ Hanpocha A Korean cuisine set meal restaurant. There were many menu options, and the set meal combinations were diverse. The ramen was a bit salty. ⭐︎ The taste leans close to Korean style, but I wish the spicy dishes were spicier.
