A little disappointed because the photos in the menu shows what looks like spicy tantanmen style ramen but was told they only serve shoyu or shio base. Nevertheless order the shoyu ramen and it was excellent and delicious. Would definitely go back. The service and hospitality were exceptionally good. Noticed the chef in the kitchen and he thanked us as we were leaving also saw a couple of crispy pork loin ready to be cut and placed on top of a ramen. Boy I would have loved to slice it and eat with a cold beer. Anyway, enjoy the ramen.

View on GoogleThe first shop I visited towards Adachi-ku. A shop that has a reputation among ramen-loving bloggers. And since I am a big fan of Aoshima Shokudo, if I know that a new Niigata Nagaoka ginger soy sauce shop has been built, I have to go. Arrived at the same time as opening. I am the only customer. I planned to go to one more ramen shop and one soba shop after this, so I ordered the regular Nagaoka Chinese noodles. The ramen that came out indeed had the scent of ginger. But when I drank the soup, it was quite different from Aoshima Shokudo, and the noodles were also completely different. I haven't eaten various Niigata Nagaoka ginger soy sauce ramen, so I don't know what the basic taste is, but maybe this is an inspired type adapted to Tokyo. The more I eat it, the more I understand that it is a ramen made very carefully.
View on GoogleThe shop is on the 1st floor of an apartment a little walk from Gotanno Station. Inside the shop, a couple manages it and I feel warm. Before lining up, buy a meal ticket inside the shop. This time Niigata ramen extra large with boiled egg topping. Very delicious. This is it. When sitting in the seat, the bowl is served immediately. The noodles are straight noodles and the soup is rich but light and anyway delicious! Char siu is soft but satisfying to eat. I can drink the soup forever. It feels like old-fashioned ramen and is very delicious! I will go again!
View on Google2025.12.15 (Mon) 11:30 Before drinking lunch, I wanted to put something in my stomach, so I thought this was a good opportunity to visit this place for the first time, which I had been interested in for a long time. Tsukemen is basically served hot so that the dipping soup does not get cold (if you say so, they will also support cold). The transparent shiny noodles that have strong elasticity even if warm, intertwine well with the dipping soup that is very rich with strong seafood flavor, very delicious. Char siu is soft but still has elasticity, and a wonderfully wonderful balance that is also juicy, surprisingly delicious. By the way, the 'spicy shrimp' of 'spicy shrimp tsukemen' is not the 'shrimp broth soup' that I often see these days, but small dried shrimp (sakura ebi?) soaked in spicy oil is topped on normal tsukemen, but this is very versatile, besides slurping noodles, I was also a little impressed because it was aromatic and delicious even if wrapped in juicy char siu. I want to stop by again. 2025.12.21 (Sun) Revisit. This shop's standard 'Nagaoka Chinese Noodles', the appearance with a small naruto in a bowl with a small diameter is very cute. The soup itself is slightly sweet, but the ginger is effective and you can drink it up. Very grateful to be able to eat ramen of this level for 850 yen these days!
