Stop frying food ahead and leaving it sitting around! I know you're busy and it takes time, but cold fried food doesn't taste good!

I always come to buy food around 18:00 on Saturdays, but the man at the register has an absolutely terrible attitude. He muttered things like "what a hassle" under his breath, which really made me angry. His responses when taking orders are also very intimidating. While I was in line and the customer ahead was ordering, he sighed deeply and acted like he couldn't be bothered. It was so unpleasant that I won't use this place again. Disappointing.

・When I arrived 12 minutes early for my online order, the bento was already prepared. ・While I was lining up at the prepaid-order counter, I was asked, "Would you like to order something?" so I explained that I had already ordered online. The staff member told me, "Then please line up over here," and made me queue again. ・Isn't making it more than 10 minutes early too early? ・I lined up according to your rules, so what's with that response? I'll avoid using this place in the future.

There are usually about 4 customers there at any given time. I thought the time from ordering to receiving the food was quick. The road out front isn't very wide, so parking on the street would probably inconvenience other people. I think it's tasty for the price, and being able to get a hot bento for a single coin is appealing too. Personally, I like the nori bento because it's cheap (390円 is appealing) and tastes good.

Today I went for the hamburg steak bento with grated daikon. Somehow I made it home while the rice was still warm… and ate it. It was delicious.
