Located along a quiet street a short walk from Umejima Station, "Ganso Shime Pasta Motsunabe Senmonten Nakaya" is a hidden gem for motsunabe that only those in the know are aware of. The exterior is modest, but once you step inside, you are enveloped in a homey atmosphere and an aroma that grabs your stomach. The signature motsunabe is truly exquisite, with plump, high-quality offal soaking up a flavorful soup! The balance of garlic and miso is perfect, warming both body and soul. And the surprise is the shime (finishing) pasta. The Japanese-style dashi soup and pasta match better than you could imagine; it's a "star-level" dish rather than just a finisher. The master is an interesting person. Be sure to ask him about his dedication to the food. Furthermore, rumor has it that an actor who appeared in the popular drama "VIVANT" has visited...! If you are looking for motsunabe, this is a must-visit restaurant.
View on GoogleThe motsunabe and grilled dishes are both very delicious! My son, who hates vegetables, happily eats them if it's the motsunabe from here! The finishing pasta is also the best! Everything we order is truly delicious!!
View on GoogleIt was delicious and the owner was a nice person! Since the 2-person "Ume" portion was too much for us, I want to come back with my whole family next time😊
View on GoogleThe owner is the best! The motsunabe is too delicious. It's fatty and tasty. The finishing pasta is like a soup pasta soaked in the meat's umami, it's exquisite. Next time I'll bring my own rice ball lol
View on GoogleSince it got cold, I stopped by a shop I found while searching for a place to eat hot pot. The meat is exceptionally delicious. Maybe you won't understand until you try it yourself. It's my first time here, but I'm hooked.
