The fried tofu of inari sushi is not too sweet and the seasoning is light, and the hardness remains the texture of fried tofu. The kanpyo in the kanpyo roll is also not too sweet and the seasoning is light. I think it is good for people who don't like sweetness. As a point of caution, photography is prohibited for both still images and videos. Ordering feels like if there is a previous customer, make their portion before ordering.
View on GoogleThis is 'Fuji Sushi' located in Umeda, Adachi-ku, Tokyo. It is an inari sushi specialty store that is rare these days. It is a Showa heritage sushi shop. (Although it is an inari sushi specialty store, they also handle rolled sushi as a side menu. Rolled sushi seems to push kanpyo rolls) The founding of 'Fuji Sushi' is probably Showa 41 (1966), and it is a long-established store that has been in business for 58 years. The appearance of the store full of Showa feeling is wonderful. (If they opened before Showa 41... sorry) Originally it seemed that you could eat inside the store, but now it is only for takeout. (The appearance of the store and the interior are those of an authentic non-rotating sushi shop) The order was a set of 5 inari sushi and 8 kanpyo rolls for 1080 yen. For a normal person, you will be quite full. Although the appearance is like a normal nigiri sushi shop... the fact that it is an inari sushi specialist... I felt the 'style' of the downtown area. A grandmother manages it alone, and it was sushi that felt gentle. Inari sushi sparkles and shines gold. I liked the modest and unobtrusive taste very much. Delicious. Kanpyo rolls are not bad either. Delicious. I will stop by again if I am near here. Everyone, please stop by. On a sunny spring day, it is best to eat on the banks of the Arakawa River.
View on GoogleAlthough it is said to be an inari sushi specialty store, there are many nori rolls such as futomaki and hosomaki. Inari has fluffy fried tofu, and the taste is simple and gentle. I like datemaki, so I ordered datemaki, but it was a bit disappointing because it was more like tamagoyaki than datemaki. It was delicious like decorative sushi, but I expected a thick grilled egg like datemaki. The wife manages it alone, and it seems there used to be eat-in, but now it is only for takeout. It is recommended to book in advance if you want to buy in large quantities.
View on GoogleToday I found an interesting shop on the way home after eating shaved ice nearby. Because I was curious, I decided to buy it for takeout. The name of the shop is Inari Sushi Specialty Store Fuji Sushi. This time I ordered 4 pieces of special inari sushi and 4 pieces of egg nigiri sushi. The egg nigiri sushi was grilled after I ordered thin grilled egg. Things like this make me excited. This is inari sushi. The size is a bit small and the vinegar rice taste might be a bit thin. Age-san is sweet, so it might be good for a little tasting. Egg nigiri sushi contains kanpyo, cucumber, and nori. This is also a bit light seasoning. The impression is an item that can be eaten quickly when the stomach is a little hungry rather than a heavy meal.
View on GoogleAttracted by the slogan of inari sushi specialist, when I asked, the grandmother said inari is not cooked yet so please come again later. After going and returning to Nakasone Shrine, there were about 2 previous customers. The interior of the shop with Showa atmosphere is good, but it is only for takeout. While waiting, when I looked at the chef's license, I knew that a man born in Meiji 44 obtained the license in Showa 41. Is that the grandmother's father? I ate inari, plum rolls, and narazuke rolls at home, and I thought it was good that the taste was light and not too delicious.
