The rice still felt like raw rice and crunched as I chewed. It's the first time in my life I've paid money to eat half-raw rice. Other review sites also mention the rice being dry and crumbly, hard, etc., and if it stays like this, I think it'll be bad for business…. Is it the amount of water? Is the rice cooker broken? I think you should check it every time it's done cooking. Even at home, rice rarely turns out like that…. The salmon was watery and somewhat tough. The negitoro was delicious. You have a wide lineup, accept online orders, and the service is good, so even if the toppings are watery, I could forgive that if at least the rice were good… so please at least cook the rice properly. There aren't many convenient shops around here, so I want this one to stick around! I'll go buy again with high hopes!
