I went to Menkui, a Chinese restaurant near Kita-Ayase Station. It's past noon but it feels like there are almost no customers. An old lady is standing in the kitchen, it's a simple ramen shop. I ordered Wantanmen 680 yen and Gyoza 350 yen. Best cost performance. The soup is refreshing and goes perfectly with the noodles. The noodles were a bit soft but that's fine, and the wontons were also delicious. If there is a shop like this in the neighborhood, I like it because it's calm to have beer and snacks at night. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleThe ramen🍜 had a simple taste, fish-based and light. The fried rice had a strong taste and was to my liking! The gyoza was overflowing with meat juice and delicious! It's a rare ramen shop where you can smoke.
View on GoogleOrdered ramen half fried rice set 750 yen Since it says 480 yen for ramen alone, is it cost-effective? The fried rice is quite delicious. The ramen is ordinary. The char siu is thick and I like the taste well enough. Being able to smoke in the customer seats is a minus point It might be a pleasant point for smokers.
View on GoogleTanmen: 680 yen The noodles are soft and supple, and the slurping is good. The ingredients consist of pork, cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, onions, chives, and wood ear mushrooms. The pork uses bland loin. The vegetables had a crisp texture. However, as a Tanmen of a town Chinese restaurant, the volume is insufficient... The soup is salt-flavored. Salt and oil are suppressed and finished with a gentle taste. However, perhaps because the kelp was boiled for a long time, a slight seaweed smell was felt. Customer service and cleanliness of the shop are ordinary. Also, smoking is always allowed. Regular customers who came later took out cigarettes, so I paid and left quickly... Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleVisited around 13:00 on Sunday. Because of the rain, there were only 2 previous groups of customers. Inside the shop that looks like an orthodox town Chinese restaurant, there is somehow a sense of security. Ordered the set meal of stir-fried meat and vegetables, a standard Chinese dish. It was a standard taste that did not betray expectations, and I really enjoyed the town Chinese restaurant. Recommended for those who want to come to a town Chinese restaurant occasionally and don't want to make a mistake.
