So disappointed

Since I started going to a hospital near here, I discovered an interesting shop. I visited for the first time. It's a take-away specialty sushi shop where they make Osaka-zushi after you order... something rarely seen in Kanto. And what is Chakin-zushi?? I've never eaten it outside of major chain stores?? In the shop's display case, there are samples of boxed sushi for nearly 20 types. I was very confused about which one to order, so I ordered a set of Chakin and Battera, and Inari-zushi separately. While waiting for them to make it, I sat on a chair inside the shop. Enjoying the shop full of Showa-era vibes. Ah, before Uber or Amazon were running around, waiting like this was normal, I thought while feeling nostalgic (laughs). I enjoyed the sushi at home. Delicious! This is undoubtedly one of the top-class take-away sushi I've ever eaten in my life. I will definitely visit again. I hope this style is maintained. Thank you for the meal!

A take-away specialty pressed sushi and Osaka-zushi shop located about a 5-minute walk from Gotanno Station on the Tobu Isesaki Line. Various types of Osaka-zushi made after ordering are not flashy but deeply delicious. I hope such honest individual shops will remain forever.
