Great ramen place around the corner from our hotel. We came here a couple of months ago. I meant to write a review then, only got around to it now. Solid tonkotsu!

Pretty easy to order. Just go up to the machine, add your money and place the order. It looks like you can order different sizes based on the price difference shown with each bowl. Luckily there was pictures so it was easy for me to order what I wanted. Once you order, you seat yourself and give the receipt to the server and that's it! But honestly, some of the best ramen I've ever had.

The worst experience in Ayase! The bad service and the FLY in the Ramen As a foreigner,was treated differently with Japanese,it’s really bad for a restaurant.

Honestly, being able to eat homemade tonkotsu of this quality in Ayase until 2 a.m. is a blessing. The soup is rich, iekei-style, but balanced enough that it's not too heavy and you can finish it all. The soft-boiled seasoned egg was cooked perfectly, and the classic toppings of nori, spinach, and chashu fit just right🍜 In the negi miso tonkotsu ramen, the sharp, sweet bite of the crisp white scallions goes great with the soup, and it's fun how the flavor takes on new dimensions as you eat. The gyoza had chewy skins too. It's a bowl that makes you understand why you'd want to drop in late at night. I'm also glad they stay open late; recommended for a bowl after work! I often come here after drinking in Ayase. There are lots of flavors, but my personal recommendation is the 枠得 miso tonkotsu. Ordering it with thin, firm noodles is a must. Loaded with toppings, and at 1000円 it's a pretty good deal♪ The taste is good too, and if you get rice with it you'll be stuffed. It's a bit strongly flavored, but after drinking it really hits the spot lol Personally, it'd be even better with some pickles♪ The inside is clean and there were no particular issues with the service. Maybe next time I'll try other flavors. Thanks for the meal♪
