I'm glad to have found my favorite Lamen in Yao! Everything tastes delicious. Best texture and flavour on it's own way. Staff are friendly and we'll trained, space is clean and well ventilated. Can't wait to come again and try the other dishes on the menu!

250th cold noodles of 2026 4th ramen chain store Yao Shiogensui First visit with partner on August 20, 2026 just after 6:30 PM♪ Inside is about 80% full Came aiming for the Yao branch limited 15 bowls each for lunch and night, and when I asked, it was still available, so I verbally ordered the kelp and bonito-flavored cold shio ramen for 1120 yen, my partner's gyoza and 1 piece of fried chicken, and since the cold ramen large portion was the same price, I got the large portion (lol) Additionally asked for takeout fried rice and chashu topping♪ Bowl served in just over 10 minutes♪ Medium-thick straight noodles topped with shiso, tomato, minced onion, 2 chicken breasts, and lemon. The soup is rich yet light and comforting ♡ The noodles are smooth and chewy, which is also good♪ The chicken breast is extremely moist and delicious♪ Finished eating in a flash as if it wasn't the 4th bowl♪ Since I ate cold noodles back-to-back and the store was well-air-conditioned, my partner was still eating, so I took a smoke break at the smoking area in the parking lot (lol). After a relaxing smoke and returning to the shop, they had finished eating so to the next shop♪ I feel like conquering all the cold dishes of different Shiogensui stores (lol) Thank you for the meal(^^)

[Random notes] ・Notice of highway closure due to women's half marathon. ・Almost peed my pants due to terrible traffic. Visited Shiogensui itself after a terribly long time. About 10 years? I used to go to Sotaiken occasionally. Yao branch has a long night business and is popular from elderly people to families while waiting. Completely acquired Yao citizenship. A waiting room is also provided and it's quite barrier-free, but a little daughter of a family waiting near the entrance wailed, "C-c-co-o-old, w-w-want t-t-to g-g-go i-i-in q-q-quick". It was cold that day. That's the way. The full set gathers the 3 giant kings of ramen: Ramen + Fried Rice + Gyoza. It was my first time ordering Miso at Shiogensui, of course not a strong-type miso like the Sumire style, but the base is Shiogensui's universally loved style, yet it's finished firmly as miso ramen. Honestly, it's amazing that they can maintain this quality regularly including salt, make their own noodles, and maintain it with this box scale franchise expansion. The hall staff is also very well trained. It's rare for a ramen shop to reach this point since the 2000s. A shop you want to come with everyone. Thank you for the meal.

Entered the shop after a long time! Ate natural salt ramen! The large chashu had a good bite ◎ The noodles were medium-thick and smooth! The soup is delicious with the aroma of yuzu and the strong taste of dried shiitake mushrooms! But, naturally the salt is strong (lol) Good for heat stroke prevention though

Finally went to Shiogensui! The ramen was lighter than I expected, the soup was easy to drink, and I could enjoy it deliciously until the end. With a gentle taste that lets you feel the umami of the ingredients, it seems to be liked by a wide range of generations. Personally, I found the fried rice especially delicious, and I recommend ordering it with ramen. It's a restaurant I'd like to visit again if I have the chance.
