The chef's grilling technique is amazing❗ Exquisite grilling degree. This is no longer at the level of Daikichi. I think chain restaurants have limits to ingredient freshness, and liver, which is easily over-grilled out of freshness concerns, is the easiest to understand. The center is medium-rare and fluffy while the outside is finished aromatically. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also homey, and it's a lively shop that is always crowded regardless of the day or time.

The taste is good, but the attitude was quite unfriendly and it was hard to order. I don't think I'll go again.

Daikichi has different suppliers for each store so the taste varies, but this is a stably performing store.
