やきとり大吉 八尾西店Yakitori Daikichi
This is a community-focused yakitori restaurant, 'Yakitori Daikichi'. The owner personally procures fresh ingredients, prepares skewers one by one in the store, and is open with energy from 17:00 in Miyacho, Yao City! Daikichi's classic skewer 'Hasami (Negima)' has slightly larger chicken meat at the tip of the skewer and smaller at the base. Enjoy the juicy umami of white leeks deliciously until the end of the skewer. 'Yakitori Daikichi' Yao Nishi branch is marked by a red sign! We look forward to you enjoying delicious yakitori and drinks.

Both the husband and wife of Daikichi and the part-time staff were bright and energetic, and it was a homey shop, but the master seemed to have been assigned to headquarters. From June 12, 2024, he was replaced by a master who had been in Daikichi Kanagawa for 28 years, and together with inexperienced part-time staff, they felt like they were struggling together. Customer service and ordering are still not smooth, but you can spend time patiently and enjoyably. Since it is also a shop in unfamiliar Kansai, You can feel the panic, but if you talk to him casually, he was a person who talked with a smile.

View on GoogleThe best go-to restaurant I think the fact that there are many regular customers is due to the personality of the owner and wife, and their craftsmanship. Please continue to be a fun and delicious shop forever.
View on GoogleAll the staff are smiling, I was healed by the homey atmosphere of the shop! Yakitori is delicious of course, and I think it's a space you can enjoy even if you go alone (^^)
View on GoogleThis is a shop whose owner changed the other day. If you expect the service of the previous owner, you will probably regret it immensely. It has changed to a shop that doesn't even have a word of welcome. What a pity
