Came by an acquaintance's introduction. I didn't particularly mention I was introduced, but when I asked for the 3-item assortment, the variety had increased (laughs). I'm not very familiar with fish, so the names might be wrong. Sea bream had sweetness and a sticky umami. Tuna had what seemed to be lean meat and chutoro? Included, and the refreshing umami of the lean meat and moderate fat umami of the chutoro were delicious. Amberjack maybe? You could strongly feel a firm texture and sweet fat. Also, baby horse mackerel? It was fresh, had a texture, was fatty, and was extremely delicious. Since I personally like sea bream and horse mackerel, those two are especially delicious. The fatty fish hardly had any spiciness even when eaten with wasabi. They fillet the fish after receiving the order, so there is a bit of wait. It looks like they also do sushi, bento, and seafood bowls on a daily rotational basis, so I'll eat those next time.
