Vegan udon and vegan curry udon were so good!! Not many udon restaurants for vegans. Very lucky to find it. If you ask them, they can cook vegan udon :)) very friendly and nice restaurant.

I had the seasonal recommendation, Sakura shrimp kakiage udon. A gentle dashi broth flavor that soaks into your stomach. The modest yet firm texture, aroma, and hearty kakiage turn a simple tempura udon into something else entirely. The owner hand-makes the udon noodles from scratch every day. The traditional taste preserved across three generations is respectable in many ways. Recommended for those who want to eat the real deal.

After going out with my wife 👰 in the car 🚗, it was past noon and I was hungry, so I dropped by "Handmade Udon Hakusen" which I've been super ⤴️⤴️ curious about for a while. Maybe because it was lunchtime, it seemed like a popular shop and there were a lot of customers inside. I ordered the "Curry 🍛 Udon" which is said to be delicious 😋🍴💕 at the shop, and my wife 👰 ordered the "Nabeyaki Udon". After a while, the staff brought us our orders. My curry 🍛 udon was slightly spicy, had a great smooth throat feel, and was super ⤴️⤴️ delicious 😋🍴💕. My wife 👰 said hers was similarly super ⤴️⤴️ delicious 😋🍴💕. There are lots of items on the menu, so I want to come back next time to try something else 😋! It was delicious 😋🍴💕! I'll come again! Thank you for the meal!

Popular restaurant. Two entrances. Curry udon. Visited around 1:00 PM on a national holiday. Parking is across the street, on the side opposite the post office. Luckily, I parked just as someone was leaving. Entered through what seemed to be the front entrance. It's a clean restaurant. Ordered the curry udon, which seems to be their specialty. Arrived in about 10 minutes. The meat, noodles, and dashi broth are all carefully prepared. My impression is: 'It's a bit pricey, but well worth it.' The noodles are thin yet chewy, and the umami of the dashi broth remains strong until the very end. The rice I ordered with it was also top-notch.

I went here for the first time. Just like everyone's reviews, I enjoyed a very delicious meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very good. There are many items on the menu, so I will come back!
