The meat and taste were good. However, the service was the worst. One of the three staff members on the floor, a male in his 20s, had wonderful service. However, the other two were so terrible that they completely wiped that out. Aside from bad attitudes, I'm writing what I want improved before an accident happens. First, a male in his 40s. Without a word, he forcefully placed a lit shichilin in the middle of the table, and sparks almost hit my child. At least say a word of excuse. Second, a female around high school age. When I placed tongs on a plate that had raw meat, she said she'd clear it and took the plate away. I appreciate that, but for some reason she leaned the tongs that were on top against my sauce dish, so raw meat juices got into my sauce. The taste is good, and the terrible service is only from some of the staff. I'd like to visit again, so I'd be happy if they could put a bit more effort into staff training.

Went for the first time. There is something called a family set, where various parts of meat, vegetables, and sausages are cleverly combined. This time we got that along with a horumon set and 1 bottle of beer for 14,000 yen (for four people). It was delicious and cheap. Want to go again.

Also, when serving meat, their fingers touch the meat but they serve it as is. Some people don't even explain the meat. No matter how much it's going to be grilled and eaten, having fingers touch the meat is extremely gross. When I ordered top skirt steak (johalami), someone who looked like the manager? served it saying "halami", and when I asked "isn't this johalami?", he made a confused face like 'eh?' and went to the back, so I thought he went to check, but he didn't come back and I didn't know what to do so we had to ask again. When asked, he said it's johalami, so I wish he had just said so from the start. A waste of time. Even though they are staring closely, they don't take away empty plates. However, during this johalami incident, maybe to distract, he suddenly said "I'll take these empty plates!" to our table. Please stop trying to win favor. Also, the person whose fingers touched the meat was the same person, making me convinced he's a really weird person. They also don't think about the order of serving meat, so very fatty meat came first, the fire blazed tremendously, and even though they were watching, they pretended not to see. Normally they should bring ice or something. When asking for the bill at the table, that same male staff member suddenly took away the charcoal stove without saying anything to rush us. If it were crowded I'd understand, but the place was empty. Still sitting at the table and yet extremely rude. Yakiniku that should be fun and delicious was ruined by the poor customer service attitude of the staff. Just extremely unpleasant. Despite that, the prices are high and it's a total waste of money. One more thing, smoking is allowed so it's extremely happy for smokers, but For pregnant women or people who hate smoke, I don't recommend going! Since there's no description, I'm writing it here. For those who thought a bit about going, I apologize if I made you feel uncomfortable. I wrote my honest impressions. Yakiniku is not cheap, so if you're spending money to go, I want you to go to a shop with better customer service and return home feeling good, which is why I wrote this so that doesn't happen. Yakiniku was delicious so I pray the customer service attitude is improved.

I used it several times because it was a delicious shop at a reasonable price. Recently it has become a disappointing shop in terms of price, taste, and quality, so I do not recommend it
