Visited just past 13:00 on a Saturday. Table seats were full, so I went to the counter. Chose the Soft-Boiled Egg Tempura Rice Bowl Set (990 yen including tax). First, soba karintou was brought out. It was salted and delicious. After a while, the soba was served. The soba is ni-hachi soba. It had firmness and was delicious. The dashi broth was also delicious. Both the soft-boiled egg tempura and pumpkin tempura were freshly fried, crispy, and delicious. At the end, I had soba-yu, which was delicious. 990 yen including tax for this is a great deal.

Visited during lunchtime. Ordered the popular soft-boiled egg bowl and a regular portion of zaru soba noodles. The zaru dipping sauce is on the soy-sauce-heavy/salty side. If your timing is bad, you might wait thirty minutes for it to come out. The chopped nori sprinkled over the egg bowl enhances the deliciousness. The accompanying side dish is also good. The soba tastes about average for a hand-made soba shop. Customers are mostly neighborhood seniors and young singles. The best and cheapest parking lot is the coin parking on the Sunday side. The coin parking past the shop has a prepaid 600 yen option, but that might be expensive for a short meal time. Also, opening at 11:30 is a bit late. Lunch is good in terms of price and volume. The shop's entrance has the vibe of a private residence's genkan, but the inside is authentic. However, since cooking is done by the owner, waiting-time admission restrictions are put in place before the seats fill up.

You can eat authentic soba as a set for around 1000 yen during lunchtime 😋 I recommend the soft-boiled egg tempura bowl set. Ni-hachi soba is the standard, butjuu-wari soba is also available in limited quantities. You can choose between hot soba and zaru soba 😊 It's very delicious 😋 They serve soba-yu at a great timing too ❗️

Located about a 7-minute walk from JR Yao Station I entered a soba restaurant with a nice atmosphere. Since it was just after opening, the limited juu-wari soba was still available in time, but I dared to order the "Soba and Shrimp Tendon" set. First, deep-fried soba bits were served while waiting Waiting for the food with warm tea is wonderful, isn't it? The soba was simple kake soba. Just because of that, you could tell the original craftsmanship of the soba, it was a delicious dish. The shrimp tempura was 3 medium-sized piping hot, plump and delicious tendon.

A cozy, clean shop with about ten seats in total combining counter and table seating. The soba, dashi, and even the rice are delicious. Generous portions and good cost performance. However, the BGM and clock ticking sound are a bit bothersome.
