ラー麺ずんどう屋 was born on April 4, 2002 in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture. It's known for its rich soup made from a slowly simmered tonkotsu broth with added back fat. We're also particular about our house-made noodles, carefully crafted using high-quality wheat.

I visited for the first time in 7 years since Zundoya in Okayama. Super delicious, and you can choose the thickness of the noodles with plenty of variations ((´Д`)

It's the richest tonkotsu ramen I've ever had, but this is good in its own way, and I think the standard amount of back fat makes it plenty rich. Because it's so rich, I don't need it all the time, but I want to eat it occasionally. When I entered the shop, instead of 'Irasshaimase' (Welcome), they said 'Irasshai' to the customers like a friend, and I'm left wondering what that's about.
