Quality meat spoiled by a ketchi act of swapping in cheaper cuts on an expensive grade order. No atmosphere, standard service. I would have returned but trust is gone. A pity

It was delicious. Each order came in just the right amount. You can also choose and request condiments like yuzu kosho, oyster soy sauce, wasabi, garlic, and others. A good restaurant where you can enjoy a variety of flavors.

[Warning] Regarding in-store safety management and staff response I am sharing the facts because I felt a very strong sense of alarm regarding the service and safety management aspects of this restaurant. [Regarding the menu served] The highball I ordered had very little carbonation. Although I told the staff, the only response was "the carbonation might have faded," and there was no offer to remake it. When I ordered the sausage, it was served completely frozen to the center. I asked for an exchange or cancellation, but the item never arrived until I left the restaurant, and it was not coordinated on the bill. [Regarding the accident in the store and staff response] Staff spilled a large amount of drinks—several cups' worth—near the customer seating area, leaving the floor soaked. It was left flooded for over 10 minutes after being spilled, and when I tried to descend the stairs while avoiding the wet area upon leaving, my footing slipped and I fell down the stairs. This fall resulted in an injury causing a large bruise on my thigh. Immediately after the fall, the rushing staff showed no concern for my injury and offered no words of apology. Instead, they took a high-handed, almost defiant attitude, saying, "I made a part-timer wipe it up." In the end, they slammed the door shut, and the response was insincere from start to finish. Aside from the food quality, I feel there is a serious problem with the lax safety management that leaves dangerous conditions unattended in the restaurant, and the staff's response when an accident occurred. I will never use this place again, and anyone planning to go should exercise extreme caution, including watching your footing.

This is my second visit! I came back because you can eat reasonably priced, high-quality meat! The owner had a great vibe and I had a fun time! I'll go again 😊

I'm a repeat customer many times over. I ordered green onion salt tongue, harami, kimchi, grilled garlic, mino, kappa, assorted meat cutlets, and so on. The amount of meat per serving is small, but the cost performance is good, and overall it's cheap and satisfying. However, whether the part-time staff other than the manager lacked capability or not, the manager's irritated attitude made it uncomfortable, and I spent time where orders were slow and nothing was to eat. Some customers even left because their ordered items didn't come. What bothered me in particular was when customers complained that orders were slow, the manager yelled loudly at the staff, saying things like "I know," "I'm trying my hard too," and "Who is going to handle the register? Think and move." The power harassment atmosphere was the worst and I couldn't enjoy it. It was a nearby restaurant that I liked, so it's very disappointing.
