Le menu exclusivement (normal pour le Japon mais difficile pour moi) Le serveur dont sa patience légendaire et sa gentillesse vis à vis de mes difficultés en japonais était très bien. Les plats succulents ! La salade parfaite et mon plat principal, il était incroyable ! Merci 🙏

I went happily because a friend recommended it, but honestly I was quite uncomfortable. Newcomers shouldn't go!! From the moment I entered, the staff's gaze was stern, and even while eating it felt like I was being watched the whole time so I couldn't settle down at all. It felt very unwelcoming... Furthermore, I heard that only IQOS was OK inside the shop, but customers who looked like regulars were casually smoking regular cigarettes, and when I pointed that out, the response was "regulars are fine". I don't understand the point of setting rules, and I think it's wrong to change responses depending on the customer. Service was so terrible, this is not a place to enjoy food, just felt like an uncomfortable space, and honestly I couldn't even tell the taste of the food. Expecting it so much because it was recommended, this treatment was truly regrettable. I don't think I'll go again.

The atmosphere of the service was not good from the time of entry, and there was no impression of being welcomed. We were rushed for drinks before looking at the menu, so we couldn't use it calmly. Furthermore, even though regular cigarettes are prohibited, smoking was permitted for regulars, and being told "regulars are OK" was extremely unpleasant. I cannot accept that rules change depending on the person. With an air like only regulars are favored, it felt quite unwelcoming. I will never go again.

Gizzard, just grilled with no sauce or salt. Since I wasn't asked, I didn't say, but it had no taste. When asked about sake, the response came: "(Even if you ask me, I don't know because I've never drunk it)." If you don't know, ask someone who does, right? Since the manager changed, both the taste and service are over. Not going anymore.

Customer service attitude is the worst. The person grilling in the kitchen is blunt first of all. They said IQOS is OK inside the store, but the seat next to me was smoking regular cigarettes normally. Apparently it's fine because they're regulars. Anyway, feeling uncomfortable from start to finish. Treatment of new customers is too rough, will never come again.
