Visited "Sachi", rumored to have a one-year wait for reservations. It's a shop that accepts reservations for only 2 groups per day and has course meals only. Although called a shop, the 2nd floor of a cute house in a residential area is the dining space, and two women cook and serve meals. The dishes brought out are vivid to the eyes, and there's no doubt you'll let out a "Wow". Seasonal fruits are also used generously in dishes. This time the reservation was in autumn, so dishes using persimmons were everywhere. I can understand why everyone says "I want to try all four seasons of this shop's food". Appetizer platter, small hot pot, sashimi platter, tempura appear in artistic posture with good balance every time delicious things appear cheers go up, so it's understandable why there are only female customers. Since it's like a private room, it's a place tailored to enjoy with people you don't have to hold back with, but reservations can't be made easily. That makes sense, customers who visit make their next reservation before leaving. Anyway, isn't it a lucky shop if you can get a reservation?
View on GoogleA shop where reservations are hard to get. Limited to 2 groups per day, 1 room per group. Good to look at, good to eat! Course from appetizer to dessert. A shop where you get full and spend a happy time.
View on GoogleI understand why reservations are full up to 2 years ahead. Starting from very elaborate appetizers, it was very delicious.
View on GoogleFirst time visiting Ordinary house with pretty hydrangeas in front of the entrance Dishes were also cute and I hesitated eating them 😊 Everything was delicious, I was full, and 6 women enjoyed talking while dining This season, cucumber frogs were cute Reservations seem hard to get, but I definitely want to visit again 😊
