From rich to light, there are various options so you can match your preference. I had the chicken-based yuzu algae salt ramen, and I think it's perfect for those who like light flavors. Large portion of ramen is free, and large portion of the set fried rice on the lunch menu is also free!

Soy sauce ramen, pork bone soy sauce, chanpon, tsukemen... I couldn't really tell what their specialty was. It was a piping hot and greasy soup. You can choose between thick melt-in-your-mouth chashu and thin rare chashu. This also feels like their concept is inconsistent... Customer service was exceptionally good.

There are many menu types, good service, and it was crazily delicious like the Rising Sun!

I love the spicy-savory ramen here and used to go about twice a week, but due to circumstances, I visited with much anticipation for the first time in 2 months. After one bite, it was so different that I thought the wrong order had been delivered. Previously, as the name suggested, there was a good balance of spiciness and umami, and it was the most delicious ramen I had ever eaten, to the point where I would finish the soup. This time, when I asked the staff, they said they had changed the tonkotsu broth. The noodles are still delicious as usual, but the soup tasted almost entirely of doubanjiang, the tonkotsu was hard to find, and it was just a sharp, spicy taste that ruined the umami, the flavor of the noodles, and everything else. If you are going to change it, please either remove the wheat gluten (fu) topping which releases a lot of water when chewed, or squeeze out the soaking water thoroughly before adding it to the soup; I've never understood what it was added for in the first place. Thanks to that, one of my anticipations is gone. The raw onion topping on the other ramen is also pungent and spicy, interfering with the soup, and the boiled bean sprouts are watery and unpalatable. I think both would be much better if quickly stir-fried before adding. The Chinese soba soup is reasonably good. I probably won't be coming much anymore. Truly very disappointing.
