Since it's a food court I thought about what to eat, but I ended up eating at Pomme no Ki. I ordered the omurice topped with a cutlet. The butter rice was topped with a rich ketchup, and it was delicious. The cutlet was crispy with a nice texture. I got full and felt satisfied. Since it's a food court, the atmosphere is noisy.

An omurice specialty shop in the Ario Yao food court. The Ario Yao food court has lots of shops, so it's really hard to decide what to eat, but I suddenly craved omurice and wandered over to this shop. This time I ordered the classic chicken omurice. The food came out pretty quickly. As you'd expect from an omurice specialty shop, it's really delicious. Fluffy egg over ketchup rice with chicken... It was super delicious! There are lots of other kinds of omurice, so next time I'd like to order a different one. Thanks for the delicious omurice😋

Cold. The rice and egg were so cold I wondered if they had actually cooked it. No fluffy, creamy texture at all. The plate placed on the tray was sticky. I got extra wet towels and wiped it myself. I've eaten Pomme no Ki at various locations, but this one is by far, simply the worst.

I had ordered the M size here several times, but the order I got the other day was clearly smaller than an M, so I checked with a female staff member, but she kept insisting it was an M. I thought maybe my eyes were off, so I let my kids eat it, and sure enough, it was clearly less than usual, so they finished it in an instant. My kid also said, “It's way less than usual.” I've been ordering the M size at this shop about twice a month for over a year, so I can certainly tell the difference in volume by looking. The kitchen staff make hundreds and thousands of omurice, and the counter staff serve them too, so anyone with common sense should be able to tell by looking that the size is wrong. Yet without even checking, they push the wrong-sized product onto customers — this is the worst shop, run by a bunch of ill-mannered amateurs.

Went to Ario to buy various things needed for my kid's Coming-of-Age ceremony. Maybe because we went from the evening, we ate after finishing shopping, and it was emptier than I expected. I couldn't decide what to eat, but in that case it's usually Pomme no Ki. The reliable Pomme no Ki omurice as always. Lately I like the demi-glace sauce best. And topped with a crab cream croquette! Also ordered champon from Ringer Hut next door. The nice thing about food courts is that you can eat food from various shops. More than anything, I was grateful it was empty!
