Despite having to wait for some tables to open up (we didn't realize it was a holiday) the line moved very quickly. The staff were very friendly to us first timers, and explained the ordering process. While waiting, we were able to customize our Ramen bowls, which I enjoyed because I always prefer more garlic and firm noodles! The Ramen itself was delicious and light, I liked the fact that I did not feel the usual Ramen bloat I experience with other places. The dining area wasn't too tight either, and as a party of 4, we were seated side by side. There is a little store before leaving wherein you can even purchase some Ichiran goodies. Overall, I had a great time here, the Ramen was yummy and the also have adequate parking!

View on GoogleI had a hard time rating because compared to other local and chain ramen places this is probably around the bottom of the barrel next to the ramen they serve in schools yet if you stuck this place in hillbilly America it’d be the best place around. Anways, that is not to say I don’t gobble cafeteria ramen up but for the price I’d rather eat the cafeteria ramen than ichiran ramen cause at least the school ramen has semi decent broth whereas ichiran’s broth consists of water and spiciness, and not the flavorful kind spiciness by the way, just the pain that comes along with it, which is disappointing cause I enjoy spiciness. Honeslty Ichiran as a whole has the nerve to raise their damn prices because of the buzz overseas which is another slap to the face cause once foreigners find out there’s better places to eat for a better price they’ll switch quickly.
View on GoogleAs always, Ichiran is super delicious! The employees kept ducking down to peek through the serving window though, so that kind of ruined the solitary-eating effect Ichiran is famous for.
