Depending on the branch, some have little meat, little udon, bad-tasting rice, etc., with various issues. This branch has a solid amount and gives a sense of satisfaction even with a normal order. Large portion of rice is plus 30 yen. What makes it different from other bento shops is that the rice is delicious. You end up wanting to make it a large portion, but I held back this time. The seasoning is also solid, so white rice goes down easily.

I bought ginger pork after watching Ryuji's video, but there was little meat. The taste was good, but just as I was thinking 'oh well,' I found out from Ryuji's video that there are many such people. I got pretty pissed realizing it's not the shop's fault, but the head office's. By the way, they were doing a surprise inspection, eating one with a lot of meat, but even that was less than the sample, yet they blamed it on operations, so I realized Ryuji is also in cahoots with the head office (figures) and learned once again that you shouldn't trust sponsored/promotional items.

At night, the customer service attitude is bad as usual, and staff who can't even handle the simple task of 'including chopsticks' are handling customers. I realized that even if you consult the head office, the quality of customer service does not change. I suppose managers rank lower than store managers. During the day I don't feel this way, but the young woman standing at the register at night honestly has a bad attitude. When I placed an order, she went to the kitchen and said in a voice loud enough to be heard, 'I want to go home early,' and I felt some kind of way about it. She misheard my order, and when I pointed it out she said, 'I didn't make a mistake,' which is unacceptable.... Anyway, especially at night, I feel like overall the customer service is often sketchy as a whole (including the store manager). People ordering here should double-check whether their order was properly communicated. Since the shop side basically doesn't confirm, it's safer to check once again even after being handed the product.
